The Step-By-Step Guide to Filling Out Your Camper Application

Log Into The Parent Portal
If you’ve never applied to Camp Casco before, you’ll start by creating an account here.
If your child has attended Camp Casco before, putting in your information should prompt you to log in to your existing account.
Forgot your password? You can send a password reset email, or reach out to us at attend@campcasco.org if you need help!
Select The Child You’re Applying For
Choose which child you are applying for, or add a new child. You’re able to apply for just one child at a time, so if you’re hoping to sign up more than one child, you’ll need to do this again for each child.
On this screen, you’ll be asked to provide the basic information about your child, such as birthdate, pronouns, and t-shirt size.
Select Your Camp Session(s)
Choose which camp program(s) you are applying for. Be sure to check the eligibility of each program! Requirements vary by camp.
If your child has never attended one of our in-person camp sessions before, please select "New Camper". If your child has previously attended any in-person Camp Casco session in the past, please select "Returning".
Tell Us About Your Household
Please fill out this section of the application with your personal information including address, cell phone, and email address. You can also add a second household here. Be sure to include any emergency contacts!
You’ll be able to update this any time by logging back into the Parent Portal.
Childhood Cancer Experience
Please fill out the Eligibility Information for the child in your family who has or had been treated for cancer.
Even if you are registering for a sibling, please complete this section about the child who was diagnosed with cancer, not the sibling. We ask about your family’s experience with childhood cancer to help us confirm your eligibility for our free programs.
The rest of the application will focus on the specific child you are applying for.
COVID Vaccination
Please note that all participants are required to be fully vaccinated & boosted against COVID-19. To learn more about our COVID-19 policies, please visit campcasco.org/covid19.
More About Your Child
Tell us about the child you’re registering for! We use this information to better prepare our counselors to support your child at camp. The more information we have ahead of time, the better camp experience your child will have!
Communication Preferences
In this section, we’ll ask how you’d like to hear from us as camp approaches, and you can choose to opt into post-camp roster to keep in touch with other camp families if you’d like.
Demographics
This section is totally optional, and is solely used to help us prepare accurate reports for our grant funders. Your answers in this section will never impact your child’s space at any Camp Casco program.
